    Pretty things
    Indeed.

I paid at least double, but got them from the dealership for peace of heed.

Seem to retrieve a thread where knock-offs were used and an electrode decided to allow go and bounce around in the the cylinder. Rav4 or something.?

Question for the group: changed the oil (overdue!) final week prior to a long (6-hour each way) road trip and upon startup, noticed a weird lower-pitched whining racket from the engine that hadn't been there before. Information technology seemed to come from the correct side (when viewed from the forepart). It was definitely not there earlier, and the only change was the oil, and I topped off the coolant as well. Everything seemed fine, and it did increase/decrease with engine RPMs. Nearly sounded like a muffled police siren while driving (information technology was more obvious in the cab than outside, so I'one thousand pretty sure nobody thought I was pulling them over).

I did drive it the next twenty-four hour period and at my get-go stop almost an hour and a half in information technology was gone and hasn't come dorsum. I'm just confused as to what it could have been, and am hoping it doesn't come up back.

Yea in the second gens had 3 different shock packages yous had blacks which were the standard and so the ruby-red and bluish were the trd sport and blue and yellowish were the offroad. All were built past bilstein I believe.

Finally installed the lite bars in the grill from where I removed the bull bar when I installed the winch. Took 4 hours this morning, merely got it knocked out before it got also hot!393EB570-E710-43DC-9F00-25AC3E602D58.jpg

It's just an Amazon one. I've purchased several off Amazon and they've done well.

12 Inch Unmarried Row Led Light Bar - BEAMCORN Ultra-Slim [14in w/ Bracket] 80W 10000LM Combo Spot Inundation Calorie-free for Offroad Trucks ATV UTV SUV Boat Waterproof

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R9Y2NXN?_encoding=UTF8

I had to cut out part of the grill and so mountain these light bars from the side.

With calorie-free bar active, and eyes blurred (not from beer this time), provides an uncanny 1st Gen connectedness.

    Looks very clean.

With the hidden winch bumper, I had a difficult fourth dimension figuring out where I could mount a calorie-free bar.

I decided to go with these single row slim ones to fit between the grill.

I would have liked to have had one in the top of the grill like on the ii.5 gens, but they don't make annihilation skim plenty for that.

I honestly call back I'd prefer the route you went over a "burl bar" unless Perhaps someone fabricated a smoked version to blend with the bulge better. Only then low-cal output would be reduced.

Yours still looks like is could accept come up from the factory like that.

    Dig it

When I await at it though, I see a mustache.

Non quite as much every bit the 3rd Gen horseshoe mustache for their front end end. Lol

maybe a longer single row at the tiptop or bottom wouldn't give me that, only I liked the idea of putting them in the middle of the grill. We'll see how information technology grows on me.

Much more than swish than the Hogan Stash.

When the lights are on, yous get the wait of the dominicus reflecting off the center bar of a 1st gen. When off, you get the more than open, "trucky" look of the 2nd gen.

    Best of both worlds.

have no pictures but inverse out the chrome door handles and mirror caps on my 2022 Express to color matched. Was really surprised that the paint matched perfectly to my 12 year erstwhile truck.

Finished wiring my DD SS5's up front and my flush mount DD SS3'southward in the rear!

As always, nothing goes every bit you plan and it takes twice every bit long as projected. Getting the wiring from the rear to the forepart was more dull than I ever could have imagined. Non difficult, merely time consuming with a side of encarmine knuckles. It's a long truck when y'all're laying on your back in your driveway! I also ended up having to drill some sizable holes in the front fascia because there wasn't enough room for the large SS5 plugs. Not ideal, merely the only road to go unless I bought new lights or a new bumper.

The Slurp is meeting nicely if I practise say then myself :taco:

A quick mockup earlier the power tools came out:
    3.jpg

    Drill once, measure out...after...?:
    2.jpg

Had to take a motion-picture show subsequently finishing 25ft of wiring upwardly to the front while laying under the truck:
    1.jpg

Stalked a Raptor - Slurp doesn't look bad next to i of the better looking trucks on the road:

Lights aimed and getting tucked abroad until adjacent weekend:

From recommendations on this forum, installed my front hubs with Koyo bearings and coachbuilder tie rod ends. Well I didn't install them, only had them installed.
